Delivery:

All orders are shipped on a next day delivery service, any orders received before 3pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery. MP3 Additions can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to couriers or postal service. A signature will be required for delivery of all products and if a person is not present to sign then their delivery will be taken back to the relevant depot or post office. If you have any special instructions for delivery please inform us with your order. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday morning as the post office dispatch recorded and special delivery items on a Monday morning that are received on a Saturday morning, so you will receive your order on the Tuesday morning, we apologise for this inconvenience. Occasionally a product will be out of stock and therefore will be dispatched possibly a day late, your delivery cost is for next day delivery service and is not a guarantee of same day dispatch although 99% of orders are dispatched same day.

Return of Faulty and Damaged Items:

Any damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us within seven days. Please send your goods by a recorded delivery service whereby a signature will be required from us for delivery and obtain postal insurance as we can not be held responsible for any losses or damage in transit. Where an item is being returned for being faulty we will refund your postage costs providing you provide us with proof of postage cost and the item when tested by us does indeed prove to be faulty. Once received and proven to be faulty we will process your refund within three days of it being proven faulty. If an item turns out to not be faulty we will not be able to process a refund and will require postage payment if you decide to take the item again or we will refund the item cost minus postage costs.

Order Cancellations:

Under the Distance Selling Regulations Act you the customer have a seven day cooling off period in which to return an unwanted item. The seven day period starts from the day you receive your goods and if returning them you must email or ring us to inform us that you wish to return your item/items. We are unable to accept items where the packaging has been opened, the goods must be unopened and in an undamaged state suitable for resale. We regret that we are unable to refund postage costs when refunding unwanted items.

Pricing:

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, the price you pay however will be the price displayed on our site at the time of your order.

Payment Systems:

All our transactions are encrypted using the most modern technology available and we have not heard of any incidents yet with our provider. At no point of the transaction are your payment details disclosed to us so we do not see your details ever the only details we have are confirmation that you have paid and your name and address to send your products to.

Law:

The agreement between MP3 Additions and you the customer shall be governed by English law and any disputes arising shall be settled in an English court of law.
